All products are made to order and printed to the highest standards, crafted with love and care.
For the best fit, please measure your sofa and refer to our size chart. Advertisement images may not reflect the exact size selected, as the sofa shown may be a different size than yours.
Please Note: As each of our products is made to order, there may be approximately a 20% variation in color, pattern, binding and stitches compared to the sample photos. However, we ensure the main design is kept as shown. Additionally, the dimensions of this quilt may have a slight variance of 1-3 inches due to the handmade nature of the product.
Cancellation
We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped or produced. If the order is cancelled you will get full refund. We cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out.
Returns (if applicable)
We accept return of products. Customers have the right to apply for a return within 14 days after the receipt of the product. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. Customers will only be charged once at most for shipping costs (this includes returns); No restocking fee to be charged to the consumers for the return of a product.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you a notification of receipt. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you've done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at service@oriensoccidens.com.
- Order Processing: 2–5 business days, as each piece is handcrafted and energy-cleansed before shipping.
- Transit Time: approximately 15–20 business days after dispatch.
- Total estimated delivery time: 20–25 business days (processing + transit). You'll receive a shipment notification email with your tracking number once your order is shipped.
Note: These are estimated delivery times only. The duration of transit varies based on your location. Delays may occur due to customs clearance, holidays, or carrier schedules.
Orders under $99: shipping is calculated by destination, weight, and method.
- The customer must provide a complete and accurate shipping address and a physical street address;
- Please note that we do not ship to P.O. Boxes.
- Changes such as address, item/variant and cancellations are limited to 2 hours after checkout. After that, the parcel is handed to the carrier, all changes are not available
- If an order is returned as “Return to Sender” (incorrect, incomplete address-provided addresses or failed delivery), the customer is responsible for reshipping fees.
- We are not responsible for packages marked “Delivered” by the carrier. Please ensure someone is available to receive your package.
